AN ACT AUTHORIZING A STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF POLICE
ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize a study of the 1
impact of Public Act 20-1, An Act Concerning Police Accountability, on 2
municipalities, including, but not limited to, fiscal impacts and impacts 3
on police recruitment, crime rates and insurance coverage. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To study the impact of Public Act 20-1, An Act Concerning Police
Accountability, on municipalities.
