Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent against price 1
gouging in the event of a publicly declared emergency. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent against price gouging in the event of a publicly declared
emergency.
