AN ACT CONCERNING THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF
HARTFORD COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) require that the 1
Metropolitan District submit its annual budget to the Auditors of Public 2
Accounts for review, (2) require that the district adopt the model code 3
of ethics for municipalities and special districts, and (3) establish a task 4
force to review the district's charter and propose revisions to such 5
charter. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To address concerns with the organization and operations of the
Metropolitan District Commission of Hartford County.
