AN ACT CONCERNING THE FISCAL STABILIZATION OF THE TOWN
OF SCOTLAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of four hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to 1
the Office of Policy and Management, from the General Fund, for each 2
of the fiscal years ending June 30, 2022, and June 30, 2023, for a grant to 3
the town of Scotland to ensure the fiscal solvency of the town. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase state moneys to the town of Scotland to ensure the fiscal
solvency of the municipality.
