AN ACT CONCERNING VA RIOUS REVISIONS TO THE HIGHER
EDUCATION STATUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than January 1, 2022, the 1
Office of Higher Education shall submit recommendations, in 2
accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 3
for various revisions to the higher education statutes to the joint 4
standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 5
matters relating to higher education. 6
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Office of Higher Education to submit recommendations
