Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. Subsection (o) of section 15-31a of the general statutes is 1 repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2 2021): 3 (o) On or before January 1, [2017] 2022, and annually thereafter, the 4 board of directors shall submit [, in writing] a report, in accordance with 5 the provisions of section 11-4a, to the Governor [(1)] and the joint 6 standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 7 matters relating to transportation. Such report shall include, but need 8 not be limited to: (1) A summary of the authority's activities; (2) a list of 9 projects which, if undertaken by the state, would support the state's 10 maritime policies and encourage maritime commerce and industry; [(2)] 11 (3) recommendations for improvements to existing maritime policies, 12 programs and facilities; and [(3) such other recommendations as the 13 board considers appropriate.
