AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT PORT AUTHORITY.
SUMMARY
This bill requires the Connecticut Port Authority to include in its
annual report (1) a summary of its activities and (2) recommendations
for legislation to promote its purpose, instead of recommendations its
board deems appropriate.
