AN ACT CONCERNING WO RKING CONDITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Labor Commissioner 1
shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 2
of the general statutes, regarding safe and equitable working conditions 3
for all employees in the state. 4
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Labor Commissioner to adopt regulations regarding safe
and equitable working conditions for all employees in the state.
