No Fiscal Impact
The amendment restores the Department of Housing (DOH)
reporting requirement that was eliminated by the bill and requires such
report to be submitted by October 1, 2022 and annually thereafter. This
does not change the fiscal impact of the underlying bill because DOH
can meet the reporting requirement at no cost.
