Explanation
The amendment, which redirects any fine revenue under the bill to
the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Trust Fund, results in a potential
revenue gain to the UI Trust Fund. The amount of the revenue gain is
dependent on the number of potential violations under the bill, which
is unknown.
