Administration of the grant program results in an estimated cost of $73,906 in FY 22 and $81,777 in FY 23 including salary and fringe benefit costs and associated overhead costs (computers, office supplies, etc.). 1 The fringe benefit costs for most state employees are budgeted centrally in accounts administered by the Comptroller.
