Explanation
The bill requires Legislative Management to enter into a contract to
examine the buildings, grounds, and parking facilities under the
control of the committee. It is estimated to cost $30,000 to have an
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) study performed by
architectural consultants. The consultants shall submit a report on the
findings including recommendations for modifications to comply with
ADA by January 1, 2022.
