No Fiscal Impact
The amendment alters the timeframe to three days to provide
notification to impacted agencies and legislative committees, the state
long-term care ombudsman and Commission on Women, Children,
Seniors, Equity and Opportunity after a state agency submits a
legislative proposal to the General Assembly proposing a new or
revised regulation concerning living and care conditions at long-term
care facilities. This is not anticipated to result in a fiscal impact.
