Explanation
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its fiscal impact.
The amendment expands certain roadway protections to people
operating the following types of vehicles: garbage trucks, tank vehicles,
postal carriers, express carriers, and agricultural tractors. To the extent
offenders are fined, the amendment results in potential minimal
revenue gain.
