Explanation
The bill expands certain roadway protections to people operating
the following types of vehicles: garbage trucks, tank vehicles, postal
carriers, express carriers, and agricultural tractors. To the extent
offenders are fined, the bill results in potential minimal revenue gain.
Senate “A” eliminates the bill and its associated impact and results
in the impact described above.

The annualized ongoing fiscal impact identified above would
continue into the future subject to the number of violations.
