There is no fiscal impact resulting from the amendment, which
requires project developers to take all reasonable actions to ensure that
a workplace development program and a community benefit agreement
are established for certain projects, and increases the megawatt
threshold for which projects will need to comply with the requirements
of the underlying bill.
