AN ACT CONCERNING THE REVISOR'S TECHNICAL
CORRECTIONS TO THE GENERAL STATUTES.
SUMMARY
This bill makes various, unrelated technical changes to statutes
related to, among other things, workforce development boards;
emergency vehicle lights; and law enforcement definitions. It makes
minor changes to several other statutes, including specifying that the
“civil air patrol” for purposes of employment protection is the
Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol.
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 2021, except the technical change to
the law enforcement definition takes effect July 1, 2022.
