AN ACT CONCERNING TH E REVISOR'S TECHNICA L
CORRECTIONS TO THE G ENERAL STATUTES
SUMMARY: This act makes various, unrelated technical changes to statutes
related to, among other things, workforce development boards; emergency vehicle
lights; and law enforcement unit definitions. It makes minor changes to several
other statutes, including specifying that the “civil air patrol” for purposes of
employment protection is the Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol.
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 2021, except the technical change to a law
enforcement unit definition (§ 26) takes effect July 1, 2022.
