AN ACT AMENDING THE CONVEYANCE OF PARCELS OF STATE
LAND TO THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN.
SUMMARY
This bill amends section 6 of PA 17-238, which required the
Department of Transportation (DOT) to convey, for administrative
costs, 11 parcels of land totaling 7.93 acres to the city of New Haven for
use as open space. The bill instead requires DOT to convey six parcels
of unspecified acreage and revises their geographic descriptions.
