Explanation
The bill, which has no impact to the State, removes certain
restrictions on a parcel of land previously conveyed through a
December 2020 State Bond Commission action to the town of East
Windsor. The bill allows the town to convey the land, valued at
approximately $272,000, without restriction, should the town choose to
do so.

actions and decisions made by the town of East Windsor in the future.
