The amendment reduces bond authorizations for the University of
Connecticut Health Center within the UConn 2000 program, which
were increased in HB 6690 sections 96-98. It reduces bond authorizations
for the University of Connecticut Health Center by $32.1 million in FY
22 and $23 million in FY 23. To the extent those bonds would otherwise
have been spent and issued, the amendment results in a potential cost
reduction to General Fund debt service.
