RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF ROBERT T.
SIMMELKJAER II OF WESTPORT TO BE A MEMBE R AND
CHAIRPERSON OF THE B OARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CONNECTICUT LOTTERY CORPORATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Robert T. 1
Simmelkjaer II of Westport to be a member and chairperson of the Board 2
of Directors of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation, to serve at the 3
pleasure of the Governor, for a term coterminous with his term or until 4
a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in 5
succession to Donald DeFronzo, is approved and confirmed, and he is 6
appointed said member and chairperson for said term. 7
