RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF DR. JOHN
BONETTI OF FARMINGTO N TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
PSYCHIATRIC SECURITY REVIEW BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Dr. John 1
Bonetti of Farmington to be a member of the Psychiatric Security Review 2
Board, as a psychiatrist experienced with the criminal justice system and 3
not otherwise employed on a permanent basis by the state, to serve for 4
the remainder of the term ending June 30, 2021, in succession to Hassan 5
M. Minhas, and then to serve a term ending June 30, 2025, or until a 6
successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is 7
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said 8
terms. 9
