RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF WILLIAM F.
CLARK, ESQUIRE, OF NEW HAVEN TO BE A JUD GE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of William F. 1
Clark, Esquire, of New Haven to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to 2
serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Jane B. Emons, is approved and 4
confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 5
term. 6
