RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF CARLA
NASCIMENTO ZAHNER, E SQUIRE, OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A
JUDGE OF THE SUPERIO R COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Carla 1
Nascimento Zahner, Esquire, of West Hartford to be a Judge of the 2
Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of 3
confirmation by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable Grant H. 4
Miller, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the 5
Superior Court for said term. 6
