RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF CARLETHA S.P.
TEXIDOR, ESQUIRE, OF SOUTHINGTON TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Carletha S.P. 1
Texidor, Esquire, of Southington to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to 2
serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Antonio C. Robaina, is approved 4
and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for 5
said term. 6
