RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF SUZETT E BROWN
OF BLOOMFIELD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOAR D OF
DIRECTORS OF THE MAT ERIALS INNOVATION AND RECYCLING
AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Suzette 1
Brown of Bloomfield to be a member of the Board of Directors of the 2
Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority, to serve a term ending 3
June 30, 2024, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, 4
whichever is longer, in succession to Robert L. Painter, is approved and 5
confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term. 6
