RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF ATTORN EY
LEONARD FASANO OF NO RTH HAVEN TO BE A LEGISLATIVE
COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by Vincent J. Candelora, House Republican 1
Leader, and Kevin Kelly, Senate Republican Leader, of Attorney 2
Leonard Fasano of North Haven to be a Legislative Commissioner, to 3
serve for the unexpired portion of the term ending June 30, 2021, and 4
until a successor is appointed and has qualified, in succession to 5
Attorney William A. Hamzy, is approved and confirmed, and he is 6
appointed said commissioner for said term. 7
