RESOLUTION CONVENING THE GENERAL ASSEMBL Y IN SPECIAL
SESSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That pursuant to Article III of the amendments to the state 1
constitution, and Rule 33 of the Joint Rules of this session, we the 2
members of this General Assembly judge it necessary that there be a 3
special session of the General Assembly, that said session be convened 4
not earlier than 12:01 a.m. on June 17, 2021, and that the call of the 5
session be solely for the purposes of considering and enacting the 6
following legislation: 7
Bills concerning the allocation of federal funds designated for the 8
state pursuant to the provisions of Subtitle M of Title IX of the American 9
Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L. 117-2, as amended from time to time. 10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the clerks of the Senate and the 11
House of Representatives deliver a copy of this resolution to the 12
Senate Joint Resolution No.
