AN ACT ADJUSTING THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE BIENNIUM
ENDING JUNE 30, 2023.
SUMMARY:
The bill, the FY 23 budget revision, includes appropriations of $24.2
billion in nine funds. Funding is provided to state agencies to meet
operating costs and to make grant payments.
EFFECTIVE DATES: Sections 1 through 8, July 1, 2022. Sections 9
through 46, upon passage.
