Explanation
The bill establishes a task force to study the implementation of a
supermarket food donation program in the state which results in no
fiscal impact. This task force has no fiscal impact because PA 17-236
prohibits transportation allowances for task force members.
The bill also makes various food donation changes resulting in no
fiscal impact to the state.
House "A" makes various task force and technical changes resulting
in no fiscal impact.
