The total cost will be dependent on the number of days worked by the part-time members of the board. The amendment extends the Commissioner of Housing’s authority to revoke, transfer, or convey property owned by a nonprofit organization that received financial assistance from the Community Housing Land Bank and Land Trust Fund, which is expected to have a potential minimal fiscal impact. Dependent on future decisions by the Commissioner of Housing, the state may gain use of an asset and/or incur the minimal administrative costs of conveyance.
