The amendment strikes section 1 and its associated potential revenue 
gain from state premium taxes that would be collected on any damage 
insurance policies sold. 
The amendment makes various other changes, including changing 
the date by which the Department of Housing must produce a walk-
through check list and striking section 6, which have no fiscal impact.
