Explanation
Sections 1-30 of the bill make technical and conforming changes that
do not result in a fiscal impact.
Section 31 of the bill establishes a working group to study veterans'
property tax exemptions which does not result in a fiscal impact.
Section 32 requires the Commissioner of the Department of Veterans'
Affairs to provide recommendations for improvements regarding
municipal veterans' representatives which does not result in a fiscal
impact.
