Explanation
The bill allows the Adjutant General to issue a military funeral honors
ribbon and results in a potential cost of less than $10,000 per year. The
final cost is dependent on if the Adjutant General decides to issue the
ribbon, the cost of producing the ribbon, and how many ribbons are
issued per year.
The bill also makes various organizational changes within the
Governor's footguard and reporting changes resulting in no fiscal
impact to the state.
