RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DENY THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
DARLENE WALKER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24425 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in 2
excess of twenty thousand dollars of Darlene Walker, is confirmed. 3
