AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDHOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL 
HEALTH SERVICES IN SCHOOLS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to expand mental and physical 1 
health access in schools by increasing funding for school-based health 2 
clinics and after school programs and increasing funding for school 3 
social workers. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To expand health services in schools.
