AN ACT CONCERNING ONLINE ASSISTANCE IN COMPETING IN A 
PANDEMIC ECONOMY FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to increase funding for the 1 
debt-free community college program to expand course offerings in 2 
online commerce for small businesses.3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To train small businesses in online commerce.
