AN ACT CONCERNING FEDERAL REIMBURSEMENTS FOR CERTAIN
PHARMACEUTICAL PURCHASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that, when the 1
federal government reimburses the state for pharmaceutical purchases 2
made by the state Department of Veterans Affairs from its institutional 3
general welfare fund, such reimbursements shall be directed to the 4
department's institutional general welfare fund instead of to the General 5
Fund. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To direct to the Department of Veterans Affairs' institutional general
welfare fund, instead of to the General Fund, reimbursements made to
the state for certain pharmaceutical purchases made by the department.
