Explanation
The bill makes various technical, definitional, and administrative
changes to Connecticut Health and Education Facilities Authority
(CHEFA), Connecticut Higher Education Supplemental Loan
Authority, and the Office of Higher Education and is not expected to
have a fiscal impact.
Senate "A" eliminates a section of the original bill regarding CHEFA's
bonding authority and its associated fiscal impact and results in the
impact described above.
