This may postpone the potential costs for the Board of Regents associated with survey administration, estimated to be up to $83,000, from FY 23 to FY 24. If the board chooses to postpone the survey, then the costs in subsequent survey years (every other year) will likewise shift to even-numbered fiscal years.
