Explanation
The bill has no fiscal impact. It authorizes the Office of Policy and
Management (OPM) to make recommendations concerning assessor,
tax collector and municipal finance officer training programs and to
ensure that those programs are available online, or in various locations
around the state. It is anticipated that OPM can meet these
responsibilities with existing resources.
