AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS'
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MINOR AND TECHNICAL REVISIONS
TO STATUTES CONCERNING PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
SUMMARY
This bill makes minor and technical changes to various planning and
development-related statutes. The bill’s changes are principally
grammatical and to clarify internal statutory references, many of which
pertain to the state plan of conservation and development.
