Explanation
The bill (1) establishes a Connecticut Fatherhood Initiative (CFI)
Council to approve the initiative’s work, (2) establishes the Office of the
Connecticut Fatherhood Initiative within the Department of Social
Services (DSS), and (3) makes other technical and conforming changes
that have no fiscal impact.
Senate "A" makes technical and conforming changes that have no
