Explanation
The amendment, which specifies that any unemployment insurance
benefits allowed pursuant to the bill are only to workers for whom the
labor dispute was involuntary, could reduce the potential cost and
revenue gain to the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Trust Fund
identified in the fiscal note on the underlying bill.
