Eliminates Cost In Bill
The amendment eliminates the cost in the underlying bill of up to
$50,000 to the Insurance Department (DOI) associated with hiring a
consultant because the amendment removes the requirement for DOI to
adopt implementing regulations.
The amendment makes various other changes that are not anticipated
to change the fiscal impact provided for the underlying bill.
