AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Insurance Department shall 1
conduct a study concerning health insurance issues in the state. Not 2
later than January 15, 2023, the department shall submit a report, in 3
accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 4
concerning the results of such study to the joint standing committee of 5
the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to 6
insurance. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:

To require the Insurance Department to conduct a study concerning
health insurance issues in the state.
