AN ACT FUNDING THE STATE -WIDE FIREARMS TRAFFICKING TASK
FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2022) The sum of two hundred fifty 1
thousand dollars is appropriated to the Department of Emergency 2
Services and Public Protection from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 3
ending June 30, 2023, for the operations of the state-wide firearms 4
trafficking task force within the Division of State Police. 5
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 July 1, 2022 New section
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate two hundred fifty thousand dollars for the operations of
the state-wide firearms trafficking task force for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2023.
