Eliminates Fiscal Impact in Bill
The amendment strikes section 1 through section 16 and its
associated potential revenue gain for increased maximum penalties
imposed by the State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) for
failing to file certain independent expenditure reports. Therefore, the
amendment eliminates the fiscal impact of the underlying bill.
