Eliminates Fiscal Impact in Bill
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact resulting in the following impact.
The amendment requires the Department of Correction (DOC) to
develop a plan for implementing certain healthcare changes in
correctional facilities resulting in no fiscal impact to the state. The DOC
can develop a plan within current resources.
The amendment also establishes an advisory committee regarding
health care services within the DOC resulting in no fiscal impact to the
state.
